Runkeeper – Application that tracks your run, splits, time, distance etc. Linked to Foursquare and Withings.com, Elite also allows friends to track your runs live. Health Month – Healthy, not because you have to, but because it’s fun.”  Seriously, this game is FUN and really helps keep you accountable for your personal health challenges whatever they may be. Whether it’s challenging yourself to do yoga daily or to drink more water, health month makes it fun and allows you to invite your friends to ‘play’ with you. http://www.healthmonth.com/ It’s $5 to play per month, but c’mon that’s like one fancy coffee and you get reminder emails daily to play.

Withings – Internet connected scale. I got this primarily because it syncs wirelessly with my runkeeper. Which means it more accurately tracks my output. It calculates, body weight, fat, BMI. I have it connected to my iphone as well so at anytime I can pull up my stats. Also tracks other family members. www.withings.com
