- 400 meters
- 21 dumbbell swings
- 12 pull-ups
I’ve regressed in CF. I used to do DB’s at 35# and pull-ups using red band. Today I did first set of DB swings at 35# and then second and third at 30#’s. I did pull-ups using the blue band.
Just want to be extra careful and not over do it so I can live to work out another day :)
