Squat snatch: RX 95/65 (men and women) 
Chest to bar pull-ups

I did it using 35# (lame)
And blue band chest to bar. 

Totally regressed. Still finished quicker with heavier weight then a lot of the girls but kind of lame considering I used to be able to do this with red band and at least 45#
