Monday WOD
Nothing to write home about it. Haha so I’ll write to y’all and let you judge.
Basically finished in 6 and a half minutes but only because I did it at 45#. Did all the squats unbroken, which tells me I probably needed to go heavier, at least 55#. Deathly afraid of injury so trying to take it slowwww.
My toes to bars looked janky. Started off ok, with perfect toe taps to the bar, but got progressively fuglier.
