- Two bacon/kale egg frittata muffins (I used one egg per muffin cup)
- Half a container of kimchee
- Half a box of Hazelnut Nut-Thin crackers

Still hungry. I must have a tapeworm.
Oatmeal for breakfast. Topped with honey and cranberries. I also had two chorizo wrapped bacon peppers. Everyday this week and last I’ve been eating a giant baked scone with my coffee. No coffee and no scone this am.

- Fage yogurt with berry sauce
- One egg
- One cheese stick
- Tea
- Cappuccino
- Vindaloo chicken drumsticks (3) + Spinach and feta cheese
It’s not even 12noon.
Corn bread and scones - even worse on the healthometer. I was with six other women at lunch and I ate six of these by myself.
Now meetings on a very full stomach.
What’s for dinner? Pulled chicken in chimichanga sauce. Black beans stewed with grilled onions and garlic and apple salsa - infused with lime cilantro and spices.
Burger with sweet potato fries. Oh my! I’d like to spend a few more days in Chicago next time I’m on business here and eat my way through the city.
Sorry about the lack of CF workout posts - after ‘Angie’ and the elevated CK levels my doctor said must not work out at all until another blood test. Arms are fine now - getting a check up on Monday and hopefully the levels will be back to normal.
Cake and cookies. So much for improved ‘nutrition’.
Working at an ad agency means meetings and catered food and lots of sweets and cakes and cookies. Yikes.
Chicken noodle soup. Yes it’s 11:11pm but I’m still hungry even after the french buttered bread, escargots, beef creamed tenderloin from dinner at El Gaucho and the cheesy popcorn during the movie.
Yum. Will attempt CF everyday this week. That will help counter right?
