Ran with my gf today. She can run 10 miles after drinking straight vodka all night in the Miami heat. Not a regular occurrence for her as she’s an iron woman and triathlete. Running with her did speed up my pace by a full minute.

Managed to make it spin class - day two of no drinking and I feel better already, my rings fit my hands again.
That said, I still want a big bag of Doritos - ended up eating an entire bag of gummy bears late last night because there weren’t any chips in the house. Lesson? No, it’s not to get rid of the gummy bears, rather, I must stock up on Doritos!!
